
Virtual Lessons
Virtual Lessons make learning to play the piano possible from anywhere! If you live out of the area and are unable to come to an in person lesson this is the best option for you!
Students have flexibility of learning in their own home and scheduling when choosing virtual lessons.

What do I need for Virtual Lessons?
Laptop, Tablet, or Cell Phone with built in camera and internet.
A place to put your device: a tripod or a place your device can sit near the piano for a clear view of you and your hands while you play.

Are Virtual Lessons similar to In Person Lessons?
Virtual Lessons are very similar. In general the format of the lessons are the same. Concepts covered include: music theory, note and rhythm reading exercise, developing piano technique, and general music reading and playing.
Students will use various methods books and supplemental pieces based on their level.
Can students who take virtual lessons participate in recitals?
Yes! Students who study virtual are invited to come play in person if they would like in our yearly recitals.
Virtual students also have the opportunity to play in front of their peers who also take virtually.
